Clean rooms with comfortable beds and mosquito nets. Hot water in the bathroom was a bonus. the hotel's location near the beach was very convenient.

The lack of a confirmed airport pickup was disappointing, causing unnecessary delays after a long flight. the hotel's lack of communication and failure to provide information about onward travel options was frustrating.
